Hotel guests have plenty of sports opportunities in the town of Harrachov and its surroundings. One can find bowling, golf, a bobsled track or a 273m long rope centre with 14 obstacles called Monkeypark.
In the summer months, we will be happy to rent out bicycles and scooters and in the winter months one can avail of a 10% discount on ski equipment from our partner Classic Ski School.
The Novosad a syn glassworks is the oldest operational glassworks in the Czech Republic and probably in the whole world. It continues in its tradition of hand production using blowpipes and wooden moulds - i.e. techniques which have not been superseded to the present day.
This mining museum showcases samples from the fluorite deposits, tools and equipment used during the mining process, maps and photographs documenting the operation.
The visitors' gallery is approximately 1000m long and the tour passes through a typical ore mine environment.
The Mumlava waterfalls are located close to Harrachov, on the Mumlava river at the edge of the Mumlava down under Ptačinec. They are the richest waterfall in terms of water flow, falling across the entire width of the riverbed to a depth of approximately 10 metres.
